Just surfed some forums and found the answer to the colourful cows put up along some grassy patches in our tiny island.

Why cows?

Apparently, it's an advert by Moove Media, the advertising arm of ComfortDelgro Group. It's the same company that put up the "Moove is more" and oxtail adverts at the back of some taxis and buses. (FYI, ComfortDelgro is the biggest transport operator, operating Comfort, Citycab taxis, North East Line and Sengkang/Punggol LRT and SBS Transit).

Hope that they dun remove the cows after the advertising period. After all, they help to colour our otherwise boring landscapes in our tiny island of Singapore.
